Wash Your Eyes Episode One with Deahrbla Walsh and Malcolm Campbell

 

A group of writers and directors from across the spectrum of film and television will come together to reflect on the successes and frustrations that occur when trying to adapt a story or novel for the screen. 

 

The contributors will take you behind the scenes and offer you advice on adapting your own title as they share stories of heartache and success on their creative journey.  We will look at issues such as how to meet expectations of ready-made fans, how reality influences fiction and the challenges to pushing the boundaries of original narratives and disrupting the story.
