Bio

 

Joel Conroy is an award winning writer and director. He has successfully completed hit television series and large-scale production projects for leading international entertainment companies such as; FOX Family, MTV and BBC to name but a few.

 

 

His feature documentary Waveriders (2009) won many international and domestic awards including the Audience Award at the Dublin International Film Festival and the Feature Documentary Award at the Irish Film and Television Awards, before a record breaking theatrical release. Joel has a First Class Honors Masters Degree in Screenwriting from The National Film School (IADT).

 

 

Joel is a specialist working within extreme environments and underwater camera production. He recently completed work on International feature films such as ‘Love Eternal’ (2013) and ‘A Thousand Times Goodnight’ (2014).
